    Hi,

    I am using Cyclone 7, cloudworx 4.00.02.224, plantspace v8 2004, windows 7 64bit. Cyclone works prior to loading cloudworx mdl in plantspace. When i load cloudworx, an error message comes up then plantspace freezes.Cyclone has encountered an unrecoverable error.You are advised to quit Cyclone and restart the application.I have to do a windows end task to close out plantspace. When I try to open cyclone viewer, itgives me another message:Exception Reason, Error in Cyclone Startup,The database server is not available.
    The server may not be running, or the port configuration between the client and server may not match.
